The company is engaged in slaughtering and processing animals and animal products. It was incorporated in 1978 and has its registered office in Olot, Spain. The company's business operation specializes in slaughtering of animals, livestock, and other domesticated animals. It is also engaged in preparing of processed meats and meat byproducts, and rendering and/or refining animal fat, bones, and meat scraps. Furthermore, the company carry out assembly cutting and packing of meats such as, boxed meats from purchased carcasses. These meat products and food items are marketed to diverse range of markets including convenience stores, grocery stores, supermarkets, as well as bars and restaurants for human consumption.
