Buying and selling of own real estate
The company is a privately held firm which is engaged in the development of building projects. It was incorporated in October of 1990 and it conducts business from its registered head office located in Olot, Spain. The company is involved in the following activities: planning and designing of industrial buildings and structures by applying knowledge of design, construction procedures, zoning regulations, building codes, and building materials; demolition or wrecking of buildings and other infrastructures; joinery installation; painting and glazing; and setting up of roof covering and frames. Moreover, the company also provides refurbishment and maintenance services to its customers.
